Job description
Primaryresponsibility for performing service and fulfillment activities to meet trustclient needs and expectations. Trust product expert who acts as an additionalpoint of contact for clients and/or as a backup for client-facing trustofficers. Provides high level administrative support to client facing officers.Secondary responsibility for identifying new business opportunities fromexisting book of business.
Qualifications
Required Skills:- 2+ yrs experience in reading and interpreting trust/estate documents.
- Working knowledge of the interpretation and practical application of document provision, trust and estate law, taxes, investments, and the legal framework of trust administration.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in trust administration field.
- Experience working with Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently in a multi-task environment.
- Ability to take ownership for solving problems and to make sound decisions within area of responsibility.
- Ability to work with urgency in responding to client requests, to develop personal rapport with clients, and to treat clients in a courteous and respectful manner.
- Excel in organization and time management skills.
- Detail oriented.
- Experience working with PACE or another trust accounting system.
